Host FLEX Classes at Your Location
SilverSneakers FLEX Community classes engage participants with a wide variety of exercise classes offered at convenient locations including parks, recreation centers and older-adult living communities. More than 70 classes are featured within FLEX Community and include Latin-style dance, Strength and Balance, Circuit, walking groups and many more.
FLEX Community classes are designed with SilverSneakers participants in mind and access is included at no cost for these members. In many instances, the general public may also take FLEX Community classes for a small fee.
