How the Strong Body, Strong Mind, Strong You Challenge Works

Throughout January, SilverSneakers LIVE trainer Shannon Thigpen will be your guide as we bring you:

  • New follow-along workouts for cardio, strength, and flexibility
  • Moves to build balance and coordination, and ease aching joints
  • Simple strategies to start your own mindfulness practice
  • Quick tasks to help you exercise smarter, eat better, and find more joy
  • Foolproof ways to set goals and stay motivated

Get your doctor’s OK before beginning a new exercise program.
