The fact is that you can be a total beginner at any age and see major benefits from exercise, and that as you age, it’s more important than ever to stay active for your health.  

Or maybe you’ve been exercising all along but are on the lookout for fresh workouts and new inspiration.   

Wherever you are on your fitness journey, we’ve got you covered. Throughout this four-week program, fitness expert Larysa DiDio will be sharing follow-along workouts and movement breaks that focus on essential exercises that can help you feel better and move better. We’ll do that by covering four pillars of fitness: endurance, strength, balance, and mobility. 

When you combine these, it has a powerful effect on your everyday life. Not only can you feel more confident in a SilverSneakers class, but you can also get a boost with anything you do, from carrying groceries to climbing a flight of stairs to playing with your grandkids to doing household chores in a way that just feels easier. 

And because no journey is complete without some good side trips, we’re also sprinkling in expert advice on nutrition, motivation, and happiness. After all, fitness is just one part of what makes you a healthy individual.
